Remember, you can also book digital appointments. In that case, it doesn’t matter where you are, as long as you have access to the internet and a mobile phone, PC, or tablet.

Video consultations take place on a secure platform called Confrere. The link will be sent prior to the session. If you don’t receive it, please contact the counseller you are scheduled to talk with.

Appointments with a psychologist are arranged through or counsellors.

Yes, you need Bank ID to book an appointment online. If you don’t have BankID, please contact your nearest counsellor.
